Show special is based on estimated backyard area of approximately 1,550 square feet of graded and daily level soil. Slope and grade of yard may affect pricing. Show special includes estimates materials. Actual quantities or material may vary based on actual yard size. Show special requires an onsite evaluation to determine actual yard square footage for lawn area, rock/wood mulch and roll top edging. A proposal with specific plant call outs and actual material quantities will be provided and must be approved prior to start of project. Any changes to plants or materials may cause price variations.
